Turnkey solutions
Orcan Energy offers comprehensive solutions for converting waste heat into electricity for various industries. With our Solution Centre, we have built up a team of experts from all specialist areas who can carry out your project from engineering and procurement to installation. Our modular and standardised ORC power plants, which we manufacture in our own production facility, form the heart of these complete solutions. We procure the components necessary for integration, such as heat exchangers, pipes, steel structures and electrical integration, from renowned partners who are well established in the market.
Our customers benefit from only needing a single point of contact, as we coordinate all interfaces and third-party providers. By carrying out the basic engineering work in-house, we are able to provide highly accurate project costs at a very early stage of the project, enabling the final investment decision to be made and reducing the cost risk for our customers.

We supplied the complete ORC solution for the Wittekind cement plant: a two-stage exhaust gas heat exchanger specially developed for use in a very dusty environment, warm and hot water circuits that transport the heat from the heat exchangers to the ORC units, six efficiency PACKs eP 150.200, electrical integration, steel construction work, piping and project management – all from a single source. Together with the modular and standardised design of the ORC units, this enabled rapid project implementation – the first electricity was produced just 12 months after the contract was signed.
